The staff provided a warm welcome, but their responses regarding complaints left much to be desired.

We had a blast during our murder mystery stay! The room was comfy and clean, and the afternoon tea was delish – tons of food! The only bummer was that it felt a bit quiet, maybe some tunes could liven it up. But really, a solid choice if you're into fun events.

It was just a good pick for resting at all in Telford with great value-to-price ratio. The staff at the bar were particularly pleasant and attentive during our stay. Make sure to check the gym facilities, as they might be out of order.
